I can't get the right side bracket aligned without hitting the right turn signal. Hepco Becker GmbH does not "understand" what the problem is. Wunderlich America is not able to offer much help. Has any anyone else had a similar problem with the HB pannier mount?

Sorry...I did not give enough information when I solicited advice. As you noted the instructions are not the best. I did try swapping the mounting brackets (the ones that bolt to the grab handles), it did not work for me. I swapped the longer muffler side spacers (left side) to the right side and the bracket did clear the turn signal, but then the left side mounts hit the muffler cover. The only way I could get clearance at the turn signals was to use the two long spacers at the rear, and the short spacers at the front; again I had clearance issues at the front by the muffler cover.
