Help needed DRIFT GHOST HD action camera

Hi guys,

now i have a drift ghost action camera hd version, never really used it but now want to fit it somewhere on the front of the bike, has a sd card that,ll run and when full will go back to the start like a few do,
now if it was mounted to my helmet it,ll run for a few hrs battery dead then you,d have to put a new fully charged battery in to go again,

now you charge the battery in the house by plugging it in to the pc with the usb lead,

can i ask you electrical guys my 12v auxillary socket has been swopped for a usb version still running the 3 amp fuse, will these camera if mounted to the bike with a sd card in it, run continuosly filming if i connected it to the auxillary socket

A quick update just in case anyone does a search with a similar query. The accessory socket will power the camera with no issue providing the USB adapter is a high output one, something around 2.4a works perfectly.

Just a tip, download the drift app on your phone, you can review footage and alter your camera settings.

Suggest you do some research for a great little camera that I have been using since March of this year. Great video!!
It comes with an excellent helmet bracket it loops, and with a little power pack, it will run for about two days of riding.
