HELP - Can't install the PL2119CAM support for the Trekker Outback cases

Hello,

I have a 2016 ST ZE (ES), and I'm facing these problems to install the PL2119CAM support for the Trekker Outback cases: https://youtu.be/LV_O70QEASg

Any of you had the same issue? How was solved?

Step B shows exactly what you are saying in YouTube.

I suggest, mounting STEP B first and see if you can mount the rest on the handle bar side. If that fails, loosen up on the passenger foot rest frame, try to get the racks all installed then tighten back the passenger foot rest frame.

Also, make sure Item 8 and 9 which are spacers are not mixed up. Spacer 8 seems a taller spacer and goes to the rear of the grab bars.

Hello, of course that I followed before all the steps in this manual, but simple do not works...I tried, also others tried, but not works...

And the supplier that forward my video to Givi and is waiting (about a week now...) for a solution...

I also have a 2016 ST ES and I have the GIVI PL2119CAM rack installed on it. In your video you are correct that the brace mounts to the hole directly behind the passenger peg. The bolt used I believe came with the kit and is about 23MM long. I'll upload some photos to help.
