Hi, I currently ride a 2008 KLR 650, great bike, but when I saw that the Super Tenere is coming to the US I got pretty excited. I told my wife about it, but she didn't seem to interested. When X mas came around she totally surprised me, she had put the deposit down for a Raven. Now the wait begins.

Welcome to the list. You will have great roads in the UP to ride the Tenere on. I am trying to get my dad to order one, he lives near Traverse City. I have mine on order here in Seattle.

Are you going to keep the KLR or? I had an '09, but sold it after I placed my order on the SuperT.

Hello and welcome. Attended an ST1300 event in Gwinn, MI a few years ago in July & it was fantastic. Much nicer in the UP in summer than here in south LA.

Now.........if you could just get your wife to call my wife and explain to her............!

Thanks for all the greetings, i'm selling the KLR as soon as the Super Tenere arrives. My wife is a keeper for sure, she doesn't even like to ride motorcycles, but she is happy that I do.
