Just purchased a 2013 Tenere and loving it so far. Came over from a KTM 990 and also ride a K1600. Look forward to seeing the post and hopefully I can contribute.

I do have two questions which I realize probably should go in a different section but here it goes anyway.

I am installing a PDM60 and wanted to know what is the best hot line near the battery or under the seat to tap into as a trigger?

Also does anyone know the color of the brake light wire so I can install my Skene Lights?

Thanks

Don

Welcome aboard Scorpio! There is a 3 pin connector near the battery for the factory fog light kit. Many of us use it to trigger other items, as it has a relay wire (brown), along with a 20amp fused hot (red) and ground. Take a look in the modifications section, and there are several threads with the info you're looking for. As far as the rear, I added a lighted license plate frame to my bike, and simply tapped everything right there. I don't recall the colors, but I remember it being easy to find with my 12v probe.

I think there are 3 or 4 of us here in town. I have not ridden with the other guys, but I'm sure we can find some places to ride.
