Love your ADV history post on the other thread.
I remember way back in 2011 when I first got my Tenere that I often ended up riding along with a fella that took the same commute-route to work and back each day.
(We both live in a small town south of Houston and shared our requirement of venturing barely into the outskirts of "The City")
We only shared our thoughts and comradery at traffic lights, but over the weeks\months it amounted to a continuous conversation.
We both genuinely admired the other's bike and the obvious shared passion for riding, regardless of the weather.
At some point, I just never ran into him again. I kinda miss those thumbs up moments. His Tiger was really cool to me.
