Held makes some really good stuff. Their quality is usually at the TOP!!! I can't say for that jacket in particular, but should be alright if it meets your needs as far as protection, and warmth. If i am spending the money on something, I like to get a multi-function jacket with good waterproofing. I think the best Gore-Tex lighter jacket out there now is the KLIM Traverse. Very light weight, goretex as part of the outer shell, and backed by a great company from Idaho who will Warrant your jacket if a defect should arrise. I wear AeroSTich, and just tried on a Traverse just yesterday.
