Back packing and camping I know how to haul some H20 but what is the best way on the bikes? MSR dromedary bags? usually when I dual sport we ride and then grab a motel so alls you need is your Klim pack but with the S10 I would like to start some primitive over niters.

I bring a camelbak. You can wear it if you want or run the shoulder straps around your camping gear and use/fill it more easily.

A filtration system and nearby water source!! ::017::
I am a cheap A$$, I went to Starbucks and bought one of those Coffee carry outs that holds a gallon of coffee the ones in the cardboard box.
The bladder is made of Sealed Mylar and you can pull it out of the box the thing holds almost a gallon and a half of liquid and is bomb proof folds down to fit in your pocket.
I bought it for $3.00..

I like the dromedary. 3 sizes, their are tough, grommets to tie them somewhere. Good stuff. I use the 4l.

A dromedary bag isn't enough for primitive camping, especially if you're out in the heat, taking a hike, cooking or washing up. I rinse and fill a one-gallon juice jug like this and keep it in a side case (the toolkit goes in the opposite side case to help balance it out), and use it to refill a dromedary bag or smaller bottles.

+n on the Dromedary bags. I carry 2, 4-liter bags. They line the bottom of each pannier for best weight distribution when full and take almost no space when empty. You can hang them. Get a spout, it's nice to have a faucet of sorts.

I need to get one of those mini water filters. Thanks for the tip.

I also carry 1 or 2 of the cheap collapsible canteens. They're handy in the tent and on the table.

A Camelbak should go without saying. When solo, I carry one in a backpack. When 2-up and a backpack is in the way, I carry the bladder/hose in the tank bag.

Since I live in the desert, dry camping is routine, so carrying plenty of water - a full day's supply - is essential.

The Starbucks bag is a cheap alternative.
They are these (see photos) the traveler box and when you open it up you will see one of these inside Mylar bag it's stuck to the box with a little glue easy to pull out (Gently)!
If you ask the Manager how much for the tote without coffee they get that Does Not Compute look and most times I get it for free or a couple "Bucks" When I tell them what I am using it for.
I will buy a large coffee If I can finagle two off them.

I get about four or five trips out of them depending how much you use them.
Along with my Camel back one is good for me it holds a lot of liquid, more than a gallon and roll up to nothing when empty.
I am about compact (never stop thinking backpacking) as I have enough stuff taking up room, everything I wear and live in is bigger than average.
So something that rolls small enough to fit in my Coat pocket and holds that much liquid when ready is a plus.

I carry a one gallon water cooler I bought of ebay for $5. It's an Igloo brand and wide and short, rather than narrow and tall like many of the newer coleman styles. Perfect condition. A walmart 9" cake pan, some 1" webbing, (too about 7' of it, a dremel tool to make some slots in the cake pan and the end result was a easy to pack on the bike water jug. I ended up spending a few bucks more to make it a hydration set up so I can drink from it while riding as well. The local equine repair place did the sewing for $3.

Will the MotoJug mount to the ES model when mounted on the right rear foot peg?

I have a 2L water bladder I put in my tank bag for sipping on the go. I have a 2 Gal. Rotopax I strap between the dry bag and top box. When dry camping, I fill up at the last gas stop at the end of the day.

I wouldn't rely on a dromedary pouch or other plastic vessel for storage of water. Too much risk of it getting punctured or spilling, when you go to use it. If you decide to use a pouch, bring a backup, like an MSR mini works water filter and pump it out of a puddle, if necessary.
