2015 Tenere, ordered and mounted the Happy Trails racks and the Teton panniers. Everything went together fine. problem is that the right pannier sits an inch higher than the left one and the forward angle slant is different also. I believe that the problem is in the racks not the panniers. I measured at the back of the rack from the bottom to the floor and the right side rack is 1 inch higher. Has anyone else mounted Happy Trails and experienced this problem? Thanks guys.

Called them and waiting for them to call back they are doing some research. Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this.

I have denali's and they didn't go on right at first but that was my fault. Think I was in a hurry and spaced them wrong width wise. I'm glad I caught it as soon as I did it and didn't attach the boxes yet. I called and asked a few questions and seemed like good folks and I got it straightened out really fast. If it was a person making them then they could've made a mistake as we are in manufacturing and have hired people in the past that haven't been as skilled as I'd like them to be. Just facts. We take care of the customer and move forward and try to not repeat the same problem twice. I'm hoping that you can get it resolved and if not, just think, you could lean a tighter curve on the right hand side going through the Tail of the Dragon. Let us know how it comes out.

My rear bracing bar that fits from one side to the other was a bit Cattywampus but I live with it.
Another thing these racks don't take a grounding well, not very hard metal and will bend.
I had to take mine off and give them a good beating with the mallet and hammer to straighten them out.
You get what you pay for just not for hard impact, and QA control is a bit lacking but they do the trick if your on a budget.
