I found many things I forgot about a motorcycle this weekend. I had a Yamaha touring windshield that works perfect for me and added the winglets. I also bought some accessory bar supports from a member here on the forum. I went out for a test with my windshield all the way up as tall as it would go. It was nice but I was looking through it a lot of the time. So I dropped it a notch and the bike was more stable at speed...I was not getting pushed around as much and I really felt it was a bit quieter. I also heard about how a skid plate can cause some harmonics and how to solve that with dampening sound stick on pads. Really nice to have these small things come together to make this the perfect touring machine for me. It's incredible how good this bike is on the freeway...and then in the gravel.

It always amazes me how few people EVER change from the as-delivered stock suspension settings.
