Not sure if it's been covered before (search didn't reveal anything), but Hagon have recently introduced a shock fitment for the non-ES Super Tenere. Built to order remarkably quickly for your weight and riding for £299.50 delivered. I've just fitted one with a heavier spring and it's much better for how I use the bike (predominantly 2-up with luggage). I previously had a Hagon on my Aprilia Caponord and that too was a significant improvement over the OEM Sachs unit.
