Yamaha Super Tenere vs. BMW R1200 GS Adventure

Our Phoenix personal injury attorneys have 20 years experience with motorcycle accidents. Two top of the line models that bikers love are BMW’s R 1200 GS Adventure and the new Yamaha Super Tenere. Here are the similarities:

1,200 cc twins = same power and torque
Thru shaft final drive power is sent to the rear wheel
19 inch and 17 inch wheels with tubeless tires
Fuel ranges exceed 250 miles
*Both weigh 628 pounds
Linked front to rear only
Here are some differences:

BMW has a 3 year warranty
Yamaha has a 1 year warranty
Seat height varies
Basic features
BMW $21,616 with accessories
Yamaha $16,840 with accessories
As far as long term maintenance goes, the Yamaha is cheaper.

*I don't think this would hold up in court

It's all about driving traffic to their web site. If they can do a small writeup and get some motorcyclists to the site, they have succeeded (and I have helped them! ugh). Somebody must have told them GS vs S10 searched were trending on google, so they used that to get some hits.

Smart, aren't they? I work in analytical systems, and it's rather scary how easy it has become to use data to direct business direction. I'm not talking anything crazy either, just simple analysis. I imagine any good law firm these days can take a few simple pieces of information about a plaintiff, the defendant, and using their previous settlements as a basis, immediately calculate the expected settlement for the plaintiff and make a judgment call right there who you take on and who you don't. It's almost the perfect business model. Do some paper work, send it out, and money comes back in. Take your cut and off you go. On to the next ambulance...

Agree, why not remove the link and lock this topic.

Hate to see those crooks make money on our backs.
