Ground Hog Day

Woody the Ground Hog didn't see his shadow today in Eau Claire. Spring is on its way! Sorry I didn't take the S10 for a ride, didn't want to get salt in the spokes.

I don't know how that rat saw his shadow over there in Punxsutawney, it was cloudy over this side of the state.

We've had essentially no winter in DC. A friend and I took a walk by the Jefferson Memorial and the cherry blossom trees already have the hard buds that will turn into the blossoms. This is going to be one of those years when the cherry blossoms are long gone when the annual festival is scheduled to begin.


Another month, maybe 5-6 weeks till
