I have got to say Jaxon is really interested in his clients, his products and his reputation. I ordered the lowering links, measured up the bike height and put them on. Sat on the bike and thought, not low enough, must be something wrong with the link length. Played with it a bit and then sent Jaxon an email. He responded immediately, gave me some ideas on what I should be looking for with ride height measurements and offered that if I were not satisfied they could work up special links for me. I took his instructions, went back to the bike and low and behold everything measured up as it was supposed to. I had made some wrong assumptions based on links I had used on another bike early in the year but Jaxon was patient and helpful in getting me satisfied.
