Givi Side Case Rack

Has anyone with the plr367 givi sidecase rack had issues with the quick lock spacers not being drilled out completely so the stock bolts can't go deep enough into the frame? All four of mine aren't wide enough for the original bolts to go through.

Tried calling givi usa, but they were already closed.

The bolts don't go thru the the same hole as the quick lock...there is a horizontal cutout in the spacer near the rear that you insert the bolt thru. Then you can tighten the bolt from the hole in the center.
