The standard Givi monokey racks (and mounting hardware) from my 2014 non-ES. These are NOT the quick-release racks - they bolt on and stay on.

There's a left and right side hoop which mount thru the grab handle bolt holes and to the passenger peg bracket, and a connecting rod which connects the two hoops under/ behind the fender.

These have been on my bike since almost new - they've been assaulted by 40k miles of dirt, rain, stones, and sand. There is some visible wear and a few scratches and scrapes. I think a few minutes with a rattle can of black Rustoleum would bring them back to as-new. I'm including a few pics of the wear just to give an idea.

$125 shipped (CONUS).

The Givi PL2119 rack is also perfect for mounting the Mosko Moto Backcountry 35 litre pannier system. No mods, wedges, or bending needed. Aside from mounting Givi panniers also the Kappa K-Venture 37 litre side bags will fit the racks. The K-Venture bags come with an attachment rail that mounts to the PL-2119 rack while utilizing the existing bottom mounts. I’ve got both sets of bags and switch back and forth in about 10 minutes depending upon need. Helping a brother out...

The concise version: Meh, they work.

IMO, they are light-duty frames meant for on-road. The tubing diameter is smaller than "rugged, offroad" racks. I assume they're steel, because unpainted spots will rust. You are constrained to use bags with Giivi-style attachment unless you want to DIY mod them.

That said, these bars were on my bike for years and hauled bags every day. They survived being overloaded with camping gear and groceries, all weather, and several drops. I never lost a bag, I never did any damage to the bars beyond some minor scuffing. There are more sturdy luggage racks, and more versatile ones, but these are good regular-duty racks.

Saludos.
