I guess I am the one who got one of the two pair at revzillia. My email notification came early on Friday the 18th back in November. I promptly ordered then since I had been waiting about a month already. Kinda like sitting on the eBay bid button ;D

Glad I jumped on it when I did. Even with the damaged bolt (which I was able to correct) I am extremely happy with them. Watch out for the welding splatter that has been powdercoated over it'll scratch a panel removing or installing the panels. I now lay a towel over bar the remove side panel.

That's true. There is a reason these are $140-150. They are very functional and will likely do their job. I even think they look good enough. But these are not examples of fine craftsmanship. Even if they ARE from Italy. :)
Not gonna bad mouth anyone yet.........but I did receive one defective set. Looks like they will be replaced in short order and that all will end up well. (excellent customer service so far) If not, you all WILL be informed in detail.

It seems that Givi has several items in short supply or back ordered.
I just got some replacement Trekker bags (leaky gasket problem).
It took several weeks before the Trekkers were stocked in the USA.

Kudos to Givi for replacing my Trekkers when I notified them they allowed water inside.

I also have the Givi crash bars I really like them.

Thanks for the suggestions. But all suppliers seem to be out of stock. @JAPAKO- Revzilla doesn't allow you to que up. When they charged my CC only to find out they were out of stock- the canceled the order (which I guess is good so they aren't holding onto my money). But they won't let you get on any list or even place an order- they notify you when they get one in stock and then it is a race against the other many waiters for who responds first....more like a competitive sport. In defense of Revzilla, the sales rep Chris did call me and explain the problems they are having getting these from GIVI and was as accommodating as he could be.
