I know this is an old thread...but I am a newbie and everything is a discovery.
I ride armed, concealed. For peace of mind. But, I will never get in any confrontation with somebody who already has their weapon at the ready....a 4000 pound bludgeoning device.
I have a better way. I used to seethe with anger when an idiot did me wrong. It ruined some rides...sorry, personality disorder I guess. Now, I just get a plate number. I pull off at a convenient time and call 911. Report it as a reckless drunk driver and give description of the vehicle. Get back on the road with a huge smile on my face....and let the boyz earn my tax money.
On one trip south a few years back. I passed somebody I had returned this favor to 15 miles down the interstate.......smokey had him.
First - Welcome to the group. Really!
You may want to re-think this method though. Karma does have a way of kicking ass.
Every call to 911 is recorded and every State has a law similar to the following from your listed State of Kentucky.
