Garmin Zumo 550 and SW Motech mount

Garmin Zumo 550 and SW Motech mount for a super tenere, GPS is a little over two years old mount is about a year old, 399 inc shipping

Any idea as to why the mount will not work with the Yamaha wind deflector accessory?

It works with it you just have to leave one of the fasteners off the wing s or make the hole bigger if I remember correctly

I use this set up with the deflectors and don't even remember ir being an issue when installing it.

hey man, no still in the old place, lost two dogs around Christmas (a grown up and a puppy) so we rescued an adult female mastiff and last week we picked up another pup so we are back to two indoors and two out doors for now!
