I thought I would share how I wire up my bike for power distribution.
It's the cheapest way to do it and seems to work very good.
You can pick these up at any auto parts store. I got mine off E-Bay and I see they are in the Aerostich book for $4.00

Simple way to get some extra [switched] power.

I went this route on both the Tenere and FJR except I used two of the 40 amp relays. For unswitched, both bikes have the BT lead plus a couple powerlets directly to the battery. Good to have plenty of options!
