Front Wheel - ABS sensor cable routing?

I was putting on a set of Anakee 2's and my Checker TPMS and the front wheel was easy until I was trying to remember how the abs sensor cable is routed, you'd think it was obvious but it's tight and I want to make sure I get it right.

Would someone mind taking a picture of their front wheel showing where that cable is routed?

Thanks!

Joe, how many miles did you get out of the OEM tires?

Not done with them yet, but have around 3100 and the rear was looking a bit thin, I'm guessing I might make it to 4k on that tire, the front looked good and would probably go another 3-4k.

I'm heading to FL next month and didn't want to risk being on cords so better safe than sorry. I did a lot of rear wheel spinning w/TCS off when I was playing in the dirt. I looked up tons of threads on ADV for GS guys to see which tires they liked and it was a toss up, no matter which one you searched for it was the best tire for some and worst for others so I just took a chance on the anakee 2s.

Thanks Joe. I'm right at 4K on mine and the rear is a bit squared from my trip to TexSTOC. I'd guess I'm still good for another couple thousand. Thinking about going with Dunlops next time around.

Joe and Rod. What OEM tires did you have? My Bridgestones still look decent at a bit over 4,000 miles, but I hear that the Metzlers aren't doing as well for some folks.

Mine came with Battlewings, my front has 9100 miles and has plenty of tread but is starting to cup.
I removed the rear at 6567 miles due to an upcoming trip, it still has at least 1000, maybe 1500 miles left in it.
I've been running 36 PSI front and rear, most of the miles have been with the bike loaded, all 1 up.

I am really liking the Bridgestone Battlewing. A friend had them on his DL1000 and I did not believe him. The suggested tire pressures are 33F 36R or 33F 42R over 198 lbs. I have 4,608 miles and both tires look almost new. I always run higher pressures and they still stick better than any tire I have used. My sold DL1000 had Continental RoadAttacks and I liked them very much. Two of my KLRs had Continental TrailAttacks and they roll and stick very well.

Tourance EXPs here...
Ditto. I've run the straight Tourance before on one of my DL's, but this is my first experience with the EXP's.

Seems the EXP's do not get the mileage as regular tourances do and do not seem to come close to the Battlewings on other S10's. I was hoping for more than 5k miles on teh EXP's but it is looking thin at 4800 and I didn't abuse it at all off road or on. Ran correct pressures and it still flat spotted in the middle and now it roars/vibrates through the drivetrain when leaned over left or right. I won't be buying anymore EXP's thank you very much.

Hmmm, my EXP's are still doing fine at 5300. I keep lookin', they keep rollin'. Must be three or four 32nds left. I'll have to measure them sometime.
