Hi,
I'm apoligizing if this is a question already covered somewhere on the 24 pages in the tyre section, and which I didn't find while browsing or searching.
I replaced the rear tire last season from imo a rubbish anakee 3 to TKC70. This coming season I need to replace my front tire which now is a pretty worn down anakee2 and I've been happy with.
I first thought I'd try the TKC70 front tyre, but after all the reviews I've read I'm starting to have second thoughts (I'm happy for people proving the reviews false ). I'm currently considering: TKC70, Mitas e-07 dakar and a new anakee2. Any good advice?
Qualifications I do go by is how the tyre is fairing on wet tarmac and cold tarmac (I live in Norway, so pretty important) and it has to be capable on gravel and the occasional trail. I find the TKC70 rear lives up to those qualifications by good measure.
