Front pipe corrosion

Looking at a European First Edition bike, I noticed how corroded the left exhaust pipe had become. The front fender is so short that the pipe gets continuously grit blasted by whatever the tire throws up. This is only a year+ old bike with something like 7,500 km on it.

I think it makes a strong case for installation of a Fenda Extenda.

They are Hepco Becker - same guys that make the bash plate.

I had an SV650 that did that.

I have a Strom that does exactly the same thing.

They do that.

I polish mine. They end up all sparkly and then I go and bake on some more crap, and then do it all again.

Yes I know, It's not everybody's idea of a great fun time but I figured since I wasn't riding a Starbucks cruiser it was part of the deal.

You guys are really starting to worry me
