Just completed install of front LED turns.

1. Get the electronic flasher relay. It works
1a. BTW, the old signals mount with a rubber gripper and anchor plate. Just spread the rubber tabs apart and pull the anchor plate off of the inner mount point and the OEM light can be eased out of the hole by squeezing the mount together from inside.
2. You will have to cut the wiring harness off of each light to splice the connectors to the OEM plug. Be sure to leave 3 - 4 inches of wire to work with.
3. Don't worry about the cheap crimp connectors supplied. Just cut the ones off of the resistors and leave enough wire to splice to the lead off of the OEM plug that you left when you cut the wire off of the OEM light. I just used standard straight crimp connectors to make the connection between the OEM plug and the connectors that I cut off of the resistor.
4. The LED lights do not support both running and flashing, so you have to leave the blue wire disconnected. I tried to connect them both and it prevented it from flashing.
5. The spacers provided for the bracket mount opposite to the picture in the instructions. The recessed one fits through the hole from the inside out and the smooth one goes outside next to signal light. Thread the smooth one on first with the smooth side out, then thread through hole, then thread through recessed spacer with recession facing out and then thread the nut.

By the way, these LED's are WAAAAYYYYYYY brighter than the OEM signals. I think that DOT must have disapproved them because they do not support the running light function.

Now, go and install. I have to tackle the rear ones, now.

I used Wasp's pictures. They were very helpful.
