That's not a great price considering the risk. I bought my '15 ES for a little over $15K brand new in June of '15 and that included taxes, set up, destination and license. You might be able to negotiate a better deal on a left over, brand new '15 for that kind of money.

You can get a brand new 2016 60th anniversary model for $12,200.

A recall done wrong you say?? Sounds like the dealer is trying to pay for their own mistake. ??? I got a brand new 2015 (non es) for less than that.

Ya there is no such thing as a 2014 Super Tenere clutch recall. You're either the victim of miscommunication or dealing with a shady dealer. Either way, you can find a _much_ better deal.

Sounds like the recall was for the transmission problem and the clutch failure was the result of a botched transmission repair attempt, not the subject of the original recall.
