This guy is unbelievable. I don't know who sharpens his knives but whoever he is is an artist.

WARNING: do not watch if you don't like hunting, or watching animals being "processed." You've been warned.

Worlds fastest deer cleaning

My brother does custom processing, so during deer season I get to skin 50 to 100 deer. I'm no where near that fast.
But, I can also tell you that was a fresh, warm carcass. Not two days old or frozen stiff ;)

That's what I was thinking! That little guy was just a little too fresh, and he was just a little too motivated. I've never seen somebody gut inside and hanging up like that. I must admit, it was a heck of a lot faster and cleaner than I usually do.

WOW ??? HE is fast - Its all about technique and he has got the right moves - simply amazing. The closest we have up here are caribou and I it takes me about half an hour to dress one and get it ready for the freezer. Would like to see him do a moose - probably would'nt take too long either. ::015::
