Hi team,
Today I got the call from Yamaha Hq. in Panama City, stating that "the factory in Japan" advised that "there were not enough serious wheel problems to address it from there", so, the people in Pan. City said that they would find "a proper shop" to repair the "dings" in my rear rim and re-spoke it, on them. Wow !! I did not expect that.
We'll keep ya posted on what REALLY happens.
In the mean time, the tropics are perfect for long rides, and here we sit for two months without our S10.

Later, Gary & Jennifer

While mine was at the dealer getting the leaking fork seal replaced I asked the Service Manager
to call Yamaha and see if they would help out on a rim so bent it needed a tube to get home.

"Not been a problem" so no was the answer. I guess it's my fault for not telling Yamaha that
both wheels have bent and the front for the second time. ::)
