As the owner of a 2010 it’s a gem I’ve got 45000 on it now and consider it just run in, I fitted a MCCruise electronic cruise control from Australia-it can be fitted by anyone with a bit of patience and integrates into the bikes system. An Acropovic street pro exhaust helps it breath a little better, I can’t fault the series 1 but in fairness haven’t ridden the second series, I think either way you will be happy and it’s a Yamaha-strong reliable and well priced, good luck.
