I'm installing a Pellican 1120 small box behind the license plate and I'm looking for a first aid kit that will fit. It's roughly 7.5"X 5"X 3". Anyone have any recommendations?

Check out Wal-Mart's camping section. They have a few different ones that may fit.

I have been involved in high-risk outdoor activities for 30 years - think climbing, kayaking, biking, ultralight aircraft, ADV bikes, and much more - including many years as a mountain guide. Now I am a medical professional trained in advance life support in the OR who also keeps a bare-bones med-kit handy in the bottom of my crag pack as well is in the storage well of the car and now on my ADV rides.

I have used all kinds resources and found that any of these prefab kit suppliers can work well if you want to just buy rather than assemble yourself.

Look at adventure medical kits.

Also add some "waterjel" burn sachets and a couple of saline pods for eye irrigation. Always handy things to have.
