Mama and the kiddies are away today through tomorrow, and after looking at the outside temperature display (39 degrees F) I said, "F-it" and went outside and woke up the Tiger. Checked the air in the tires, donned my gear, and away I rode.

I haven't been on the bike since late November, and it sure felt good to get out for a spin. After about a half an hour my hands were getting cold (no heated grips or hand guards) so I turned back home.

Not a very climactic post, I know, but wow can a ride do you some good when you need it. Let's go Spring!

Took the Ducati out a couple of times last week. Sure did feel good and didn't do much for my resolve to sell it. Snowing again :(

Went out yesterday in the high winds to deliver the BMW. That was exciting, so today I went out on the vstrom for a nice long ride. Heated grips and jacket worked well in frigid temperatures..

I rode to work Thursday and Friday. Played with the new grandkid yesterday. And given the forecast that looks like it will have to do for now. Better than nothing!

Managed to ride the KLR about 20 miles each of the last three days, commuting and running errands. Not much but it will have to do for a while.

300+ miles on the KLR the last few days. My neighbor mowed grass today, isn't that illegal in February??

Been riding the old XS1100 to work the last week. I must say that now that the XT1200 is on it's way this old bike just doesn't cut it anymore.
