Grom from Alaska to Argentina. No thanks comes to mind....
Post I read said they were leaving on the 30th. The guy going with him was on a 600 something I forget what but maybe a R6.Pretty cool if they actually made the trip !
A couple from New Zealand did the TAT last Summer with 2 Groms and documented the whole, hardcore trip over on Adventure Rider, definitely a good read:Grom from Alaska to Argentina. No thanks comes to mind....
First of all....what the f*** is it. Second, I could not imagine going any distance on an R6....the seating position is NOT conducive for any distance, and due to it having to operate at 8k rpm for any power....it has horrible range....which is ok because of the seating position. Guess I'll just have to force myself to keep my Tenere.....The guy going with him was on a 600 something I forget what but maybe a R6.
I was actually wrong about the 600, but not in a way that matters much. His partner is on a R3! So yeah same seating position and about the same engine problems you brought up. Could you imagine having to ride a R3 slow enough to keep up with that loaded down of a grom? F and No come to mind.First of all....what the f*** is it.
