Due Date was Dec 29th. We are now a bit past. Induced labor is coming Wed this week. Yippie, as mama isn't sleeping too well!!!

I can understand that Jeff. My first one was 2 weeks late and inducing was the way to hurry it along.

Hang in there HoebSTer. The little one is just giving you a little lesson on patience.
My two were the opposite, they both came three weeks early.

Remember, due dates are really just an estimate based on her cycle, so it can easily be up to 2 weeks off. When you combine that with the fact that gestation can vary by up to 2 weeks, we should not be too alarmed when labor does not begin on the estimated due date. Her disrupted sleep cycle is a good sign that things are wrapping up in there and that new tax break will be here soon.

Well Ptfjj, we know EXACTLY when the conception date is. We did IVF and I was out of town when the two parties decided to rubb warm fuzzies together and make this baby start to grow!!! Oh well, we are off to hospital tomorrow morning at 7am sharp to strat the inducing of labor.

As of 1:46am last night, I became a Dad!!! Harper Aspen Haar weighed in at 7lbs 6oz and 19.5 inches long. All is healthy with mom and daughter. She took to the boob rather quickly for some nourishment!!! I will be posting some pics in the near future after we upload them to a computer.

Oh, while waiting 17 hours for the hospital to clear, I was able to make it to the local Open House for the Tenere.
