Friday night, after the kids were asleep, I spent a few minutes swapping out the OEM footpegs on my S10 for a set of Fastway F5 pegs I had left over from my 800 GS. I found the larger platform to be extremely comfortable for both on and off road (mis)adventures with the GS, particularly when standing for extended periods.

I've only got 55 miles on the new set up so far, all of it on pavement, but am happy with the change. I think the pegs are just a touch lower than OEM, and they definitely feel good when standing. No noticeable vibration.

EricV -

Boots are Gaerne balanced oiled. These are easily the most comfortable and longest lasting riding boots I've ever owned. Worth every penny, and felt great straight out of the box.

According to a quick check online, 58 MM.

The new superwide PivotPegz are 60 MM.
