Mike out in Oklahoma - First post so be gentle on an old dinosaur.

I put this note in the Wanted section and thought I might get some additional feedback here too. So here it goes again. Thanks!

Hey, gotta dumb question - being vertically challenged, I added some Rox handle bar risers. Cool pieces, just what the doc ordered, way more comfortable. After rerouting the clutch & brake lines they are a little tight at full lock. Has anybody needed, found or might be using some extended hoses? I called Russell and they referred me to Goodridge and they referred me to Barnett @ Ventura, CA. Super folks all three places and Barnett said they'd make me some braided, stainless extensions for both sides if i'd send the ones off my bikes for patterns. I assume they will unscrew from the square fitting where they transition to the hard steel tubing back to the ABS module. I haven't tried disintegrating the parts until I find out if replacements are out there. Can't get motivated to pull the fairing off a new machine.

Has anybody out there taller than a gnome found anything that will work or know where a tall Hobit might find a long brake and clutch line?

Appreciate any input to prevent plowing the same ground and making the same mistakes somebody else might have already endured.

Love my S10, (yes Blue of course) got it back in July on a 2010 preorder and has 7500+ and 5 states on it now. Out of all 6 in the harem, by far my fav. All the other girls are jealous so I park it on the opposite side of the garage away from the ZRX, RC51 and KTM.

Got lottsa cool S10 riding out here in the Sooner state if you are passing thru. Me and 2 other Super riders are heading to Dead Horse for the month of July. Trying to get her all outfitted for the last one of the 49 I haven't rode in yet.

Hello Mike, TABASCO, who is a vendor on this forum has what you need. I have the extended lines on my bike with the Rox risers and they work nicely.
His web site is www.rideonadv.com or you can contact him here.

When you install these you can do so from the top of the bike, no need to remove side covers. Also you do not need to bleed the brakes as you would on a non abs bike. If you install the new lines, just add fluid to the master reservoir and gently squeeze the brake lever while tapping on the line with a screwdriver. This will eliminate bleeding the ABS..
Good luck.

I ordered a set last night from Ride-On Adv. Very easy to do. Looking forward to getting the risers on with the lines extended. I figured it's worth it to do it correctly.
With the fully adjustable 2" risers/offset I hope to find that sweet spot where all are happy ...

Yeah great thanks. I checked out the site but I guess they had already gone home before I could call.

Gonna get a set ordered tomorrow. Appreciate all the help.
