I was able to get the reservoir on the inside without pulling the subframe. Had to pull the bolts holding the plastic tray to the right side and then do some snaking to get it through the gap as the shock dropped into the opening to make it work without kinking or damaging the line to the reservoir though.



Took a file to round off the edges of the supports where the line rubs, also wrapped the line with some tape for a little extra abrasion resistance.





I finished at 11 last night so I'll set sag and take it for a test ride today hopefully depending on how work goes.

Looks good. FYI, I ordered some of this stuff when I installed my Ohlins because I has similiar concerns with the braided line sitting against the subframe:

Thanks for the link, I will see how it holds up. Braded line has a plastic cover plus the tape, so I will watch it and see how it holds up.
