For pavement, I'd suggest a scooter. A lot more practical.

I was looking at that Ryoku article yesterday. Looks to me like it’s based off the TW200…except that they borrowed the headlights off the Rukus.

imo a TW (or XTW250 should it ever get produced) would make a great commuter and then an even greater weekend toy. ::012::
