I'm in the process of installing a PC-8 on my S10 and I'm trying to figure out where I'm supposed connect the white connector on the PC-8 harness. The kit I ordered is supposed to hook up the aux lighting connector.

I thought it was the connector just to the right of the battey but as you can see from the photos below it's not keyed correctly.

Any ideas?

Thanks! Jim from Eastern Beaver was able to point me in the correct direction also. I couldn't for life of me understand what he was trying to tell me at first.

The separate white part comes with the bike (who knows why) but needs to be removed. I think it might just be a dummy plug.

I will be doing the same in a week or two. Is the "tab" molded to the connector or is it pressed in?

Glad you got it solved. I've made one attempt at locating the aux light connector with no luck whatsoever. Is this plug always located in the same place or do I need to start pulling wires apart?

The "dummy plug" is a real plug. All you need is the pins, crimp them to the correct wires and the other ends of the wires would go to your aux lights. Jim has made plug all set to go..

The tab is part of the dummy plug. Just remove it and the PC-8 harness plugs right in. No crimping necessary.

Look at the first photo in the opening thread. The aux connector and heated grip connectors are hanging just to the right of the battery. The aux is the three pin connector while the heated grip has four pins.
