I have had a little experience with coolant leaks. Check everything that has anything at all to do with the cooling system: every hose, clamp, fastener, drain, tube, tank. Has your coolant ever leaked before? Did you recently have your bike serviced? Was your overflow tank over-filled? Did you recently ride and did the engine get too hot? Does your oil have any trace of coolant in it? (head gasket?) If this is the only drip you have, and it does not keep doing this piddle on the garage floor after every ride, you are probably not having any coolant problems. If you keep finding coolant leaking onto the floor, it might be time for the shop to do some more checking, like a pressure test, leak-down test, or a general check and tightening of all hoses and clamps. I did not suggest checking the radiator, as it is side mounted, and out of harms way from most rocks and debris. However, if you have dropped your bike on that side, there might be some small bit of damage. I fought this particular good fight for two years with one bike I really enjoyed. Coolant problems can make you lose your sanity! ::010::
