OK, I went from a semi-sport bike (VFR) to the ST and have noticed I ride at a MUCH more relaxed pace these days.

But, on occasion I still have that want to hit triple digits on the bike, have not had the ST past 70 (mph) yet until after I have the first service done this week. Has anyone put the ST to any real performance awards test yet? If so, how stable is this bike at those speeds? Will it cruise the slab at arrest me speeds?

This is probably the biggest thing I miss from the VFR, having that triple digit power available on demand. 8) I did a run on the VFR from Philly to Atlantic City last summer down the AC Expressway, had an exuberant young lady in a Lexus IS that I shadowed the whole way, completed the 80 mile trip in under 45 minutes >:D

It cruises super stable at 90mph without even noticing it and still has power on tap. Most I have had it up to was posted 133 on the speedo. Not a sport bike but it will get up and go and surprise you at how easily it does it too.

Had it up to 120 for a few seconds (on a closed course with a professional driver, of course) and it was still pulling strong when I (oops, I meant the professional driver) backed off.
