Do hard cases cause instability?

thanks Ramsbella , wind was howling today ,but I took the truck.... I do not doubt your experience , just hadn't thought going faster than 80 was going to make it better, it was as bad to me as at 65... hey but I may give it a try , but not around Austin that has a cop every mile you go....
