Could we please get a dialog box added so that we have to confirm that we want to mark all items as read?
I sometimes click mark all as read inadvertently, and end up marking threads as read. A dialog box that we have to click OK (or cancel) to would solve this.

If this is done, I humbly suggest it be configurable. I've never met an "Are you sure?" box that I liked.

I'm dating myself here, but this reminds me of the early days of the PC running DOS when IBM/MS forgot to include a confirmation for the disc format commend. So you'd put a new floppy in drive A and inadvertently type "c:" rather than "a:" in the format command. Instantly wipe your entire hard disc.

My $0.02 on this issue is that since "mark read" is non-destructive (you can still read anything you like, just with perhaps a little more work), it shouldn't require a confirmation.
