d s bike protection problems ?

hi I ordered some crash bars from d s bike protection on 27/11/14 and still have not received the order I had spoken to the owner the week before Christmas and was assured they were being sent out that week so I ordered a dash infill panel at that time to combine the postage. now the infill panel arrived last week but no crash bars (£150)worth and I have e mailed twice tried the live customer service lots of times and even tried to ring the 24h help line too no avail has anybody had any similar dealings with this company or have I been diddled? or do Spain take longer off for Christmas?

Lived in Madrid for 4 years....nothing is on time and nobody cares. LOL

Could be a customs thing or maybe a made to order and the guy has been off for the month of December.

i had similar issues when I ordered my bash plate from ACD racing, who are based in Spain, around Christmas time last year.

The Spanish already have a very relaxed attitude to life that tends to wind down another notch or five around Christmas time. So it may be worth remembering that when you ask your stereotypical Spaniard to do something for you and they think "Manana", what they actually mean is "What you asked me to do is not important (to me) and I'll get around to it when I can be bothered". :

I know it's lousy customer service and all that but don't lose any sleep over it. If one part of your order has already arrived, the other will get to you……………………...eventually.
