Could this be the Fastest Tenere Ever?

Look closely to see if you can identify who rides this Tenere. Hint, he rode from Yamaha at one time and win a bunch of races during a very distinguished career.

Bike may not be the fastest, but with the owner on it I dought many of us can keep up with this rider. Who is it?

Probably lowered all the way around, since the side stand appears to be down in the Independence Pass pic.
