Coolant Reservoir

Has anyone had the coolant lid pop-open? anyone aware of aftermarket solutions? or home made way to keep the puny cap on?

Never had a problem and that's with a lot of off road riding.

Mine was open once when I checked, make e conscious effort to close it properly and no problem since O

The rubber cap is a bear to get seated. You may think its on, but the lip on the opposite side won't be attached properly. Once its on, it won't come off unless the cap has somehow deteriorated.
