I have almost 5000 miles on my 2014, and now when I start it up cold the clutch will take hold with barley a 1/4 inch or less release of the handle. Once everything is warmed up it releases and catches just fine. Has anyone else had there bike do this.. When I pull it in it still releases but if you let off the clutch just a little she is taking off. But like I said once warmed up everything is back to normal.

Sounds like maybe air in the clutch line. I had similar problem on my 2012. Check by "pumping" the clutch lever several times when the bike is cold. If that alleviates the problem, then you have air in the line. If not, then it is something else.

In my case, the air was very difficult to get out. After several bleedings, I ultimately had to crack open the banjo bolt at the master cylinder to get those bubbles to escape. Now i replace the fluid by injecting from the slave cylinder and pushing the fluid up to avoid recreating the problem during routine fluid changes.

Yes! Exactly the same, pumping a couple of times before cold take off it's good.. mine will be due to 10000 km service in just
600 km so I'll ask them to fix it then.

Greetings!

I had this problem too. After I put in the Barnett pressure plate kit, I never noticed it again. The Barnett kit really makes the clutch work smoother.
