I just replaced the clutch basket on my 2012 and I upgraded the pressure plate to a Barnett Pressure plate. I put it back together and I didn't have any leftover parts , but when I went to start it the clutch lever bottomed out and there was zero resistance. I tried pumping the clutch a few times, but the pressure never came up. I did NOT start it. I had watched a couple of videos and I read the manual, but I am thinking that I missed the something somewhere, maybe the ball behind the push rod (but i did check to see if it was in there before I reassembled it). The manual has a step on page 5-59 # 4 which is a tip and which I did not see in any video. I am wondering if this is the cause. Any ideas before I take it apart again? Or is the clutch "normal" at this point and do I have to just start it to get the resistance in the pull?
