Anyone here have any ideas why I wouldn't have a clutch after replacing the basket? The clutch lever goes all the way to the handlebars when I pull it. The new basket looked different on the backside, as I couldn't see any springs like I could on the old one. I'm at a loss as to what I did. Any ideas??

Does the lever go to the handlebars because there is no hydraulic pressure, or there is no tension in the clutch?. If no hydraulic pressure, you need to look at the hydraulic clutch circuit. If no tension in the clutch itself, you need to pull it apart down to where you had it, and reassemble properly.

I'm almost embarrassed to admit this, but I assembled the clutch with the plunger on the outside of the plate. It doesn't work too good if the plunger doesn't have anything to press against. ::010:: I reassembled it correctly and all is well. Thanks for your suggestions....
