Like Don said "WHY"? It not a KLR and you won't have the full tank issues.

Well,

For starters, its relatively useless. Don't feel the need to have something on my bike that neither increases nor decreases performance. I don't like it, simple.
Matter of fact, there are probably others wondering the same, so I figured I'd ask. ::008::

I've owned multiple motorcycles that had their canisters removed, never had an issue.

As long as they don't grandfather in older bikes when they decide to get emissions inspections off the ground... mine's a '12, they shouldn't go that far back, but every new year is that much closer to that date. What have you done for inspections with the canisters taken off your autos?

The short version..
Remove hose 4 from 3 (roll over valve).
Remove hose 6 from canister and put it were hose 4 was on the roll over valve.
Remove hose 5 (hose 10 in PIC 2) from throttle body, you MUST CAP the vacuum port were hose 5 was.
Take 7 (canister) and 8(bracket) off bike and save them for the day CA starts smog checking bikes.

I'm glad my 12 doesn't have one. On previous bikes, if the canister gets saturated with fuel, the engine runs like crap until the fumes are evacuated, not only that but Once they become saturated, your supposed to replace them because they become inafective.
