Installed one today, just the plate, no top case. Looks great, other then the 2 hex bolts caps that are now sticking out at the top (rear) like sore thumbs. Will be replacing those with something nicer. So good looking plate indeed, plenty of holes for bungees. I am not so sure about mounting architecture though. I'll post pics later but basically the caribou plate is lifted off the stock plastic plate by spacers placed into a triangle, one front and 2 rear. Sides are not supported, especially in the front, so if you have something more or less heavy hanging off the plate, maybe a big bag that doesn't exactly fit, the plate is gonna feel it, it's not super stiff either. Also instructions could be better and the order of installing hardware can be different to make things easier, installing support braces upfront is a lot easier then doing it at the end. If you do it at the end, you will not be able to use the torque wrench.
