Can't get this GPX file to load in BaseCamp?

I'm leaving at 6am tomorrow morning and the event host sent this gpx file and I can't get it to load into BaseCamp. I'm pretty sure it's not formatted correctly but it looks like it was created with a Garmin product. (Yes - I have contacted them first... no reply yet.)

If you're good at editing gpx files and have time, take a look and see if you can help. I bet they get it figured out though before everyone shows up, it will likely be while I'm on the road traveling from Portland, OR to Yosemite though. <grin>

Couldn't open your file - I'm at work and it gets blocked. I have had similar issue with loading a gpx file into my gps. "too many viapoints". Converting it to a track log in Basecamp and importing it into the gps that way seemed to work.
